The Finnish Heart Association is the second-oldest heart association in the world.
Since it was founded in 1955, it has provided reliable help, support and information about heart disease and heart health. Particularly in the early days of a heart disease diagnosis it is important to find a support network and experts who can help with rehabilitation after a stay in hospital. Peer support, expert advice and practical tips as well as an information pack for people in rehabilitation all help to provide hope in the lives of people with heart disease.
